The Board of the Care Trust Plus (CTP) is responsible for ensuring that the organisation fulfils its statutory obligations with respect to public accountability, probity and public involvement.

Membership

It comprises the Chairman, Chief Executive and a mix of executive and non-executive directors. Executive directors are full time officers of the Care Trust Plus (CTP) whilst non executive directors are lay people, appointed by the independent Appointments Commission and approved by the Secretary of State for Health. They bring a diverse range of skill and experience to the board and ensure that the best interests of local residents are reflected in the work of the Care Trust Plus (CTP). Meetings

Members of the public are welcome and encouraged to attend the public section of Board meetings which are held at 9.00am until 1pm on the second Thursday of every month.
