All patients registered with a GP in North East Lincolnshire who use SystmOne as their clinical record will see important changes to the way in which your health information is managed.
This exciting initiative is supported by GPs and Community Clinicians across North East Lincolnshire as they believe it will mean better, safer care wherever you are treated.
The new service called the Detailed Care Record will help staff to provide better, safer care. Staff will only be permitted to access information if they are involved in your treatment, with access to your record being controlled by strict security measures.
