Local NHS rated a success by North East Lincolnshire residents

People in North East Lincolnshire feel that the local NHS offers a good quality service, according to the results of a new survey.
The new figures, released from the Public Satisfaction Survey show a large majority of people (75.5%) who use NHS services in North East Lincolnshire are pleased with the care they receive.
3500 people across the Yorkshire and Humber region were asked to score different aspects of the service out of 100.  Those who participated in the survey were split into two groups, frequent hospital users and people who seldom visit a GP or hospital.  The results show that frequent hospital users are much more positive about the NHS than those who hardly ever use the service.
Cathy Kennedy, Deputy Chief Executive of North East Lincolnshire Care Trust Plus said:
“It is very pleasing to see such positive comments on the services provided by the local NHS. This survey provides crucial feedback so that the Care Trust Plus can continue to plan services to meet the specific needs of local residents.”
