Personal Social Services Survey

The Care Trust Plus is currently sending out Personal Social Services (PSS) Surveys to adults in the North East Lincolnshire area who have received community equipment and minor adaptations that is items received between September and December 2007 from Occupational Therapy such as bath boards, bath lifts or grab rails etc.

The PSS Survey is a statutory survey that we are required to send out and the CTP would like as many people as possible to return them in order to inform the service we provide.

The survey aims to allow the Care Trust Plus to further improve and tailor its services and ensure that our service users receive the highest level of care available.

The survey will initially be posted to service user’s homes however there will also be the opportunity to reply via telephone or (in some cases) a face to face interview. We would ask that service users do not ask their paid carer to help them complete the survey as some of the questions may be about the service they provide.
