We have 15 Health Trainers currently operating in Neighbourhood Renewal areas within North East Lincolnshire.

They are all people from the community and their mission is to help people who want to improve their health and well being by encouraging and informing people of the best way to go about this through healthy eating, exercise and lifestyle changes. The service is completely free and available to anyone living in a Neighbourhood Renewal area.
